Charles A. Gilfeather practices in litigation defense with an emphasis on insurance and workers compensation.
Charles has handled workers' compensation matters for a host of insurance companies and self insured groups including private companies and municipal entities.
Charles is a member of the State Workers' Compensation Section and State Workers' Compensation Council. He has been a member of the State Bar Standing Committee on Medical - Legal Affairs. Additionally, he has served on the Michigan Governor's Advisory Committee for Workers' Compensation Affairs and is a member of the Michigan Self-Insurers Association and the Defense Research Institute.
Charles has been a frequent commentator on workers' compensation matters for the Institute for Continuing Legal Education and the National Business Institute and a guest lecturer at Michigan State University.
