David J. Klippert’s practice areas include business and commercial transactions, tax litigation, condemnation, real estate, estate planning, probate, and health care law.
Professional affiliations include memberships in the Business law, Probate and Estate Planning, and Real Property sections of the State Bar of Michigan, the Saginaw County and Bay County Bar Associations, and the Northeastern Michigan Estate Planning Council, of which Dave is a current member of the Board of Directors.
Mr. Klippert currently serves as the Chairman of the Firm's Executive Committee. Dave is a graduate of Leadership Saginaw, which is organized by the Saginaw County Chamber of Commerce. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors of a number of non-profit organizations, including Junior Achievement of Northeast Michigan Inc., Studio 23, and the Boys and Girls Club of Bay County. In addition, he is a frequent lecturer on estate planning and probate topics.
Dave was born and raised in Bay City, Michigan, where he currently lives with his wife and two children.
