Dave Puskar's practice focuses on civil litigation, with an emphasis on commercial litigation and insurance defense.
While in law school, Dave completed externships with Ohio's Sixth District Court of Appeals and the Toledo Bar Association's Pro Bono Program. Dave was also a two year competition member of the University of Toledo's Trial Advocacy Team, earning the Most Outstanding Advocate award each year. Through his participation in UT's Trial Advocacy Program, Dave was selected to be a National Member of the Order of Barristers.
Dave is involved in the Great Lakes Bay Region community. He currently sits on the Board of Directors for Saginaw Valley Crime Stoppers. Additionally, Dave is an active member of the Fordney Club of Saginaw County and the Saginaw Young Professionals Network.
