Kenneth W. Kable practices in the area of creditor's rights and commercial litigation.
Although the firm's practice centers on the representation of creditors, Mr. Kable has represented debtors and creditor's committees in the bankruptcy court and has lectured on Michigan foreclosure law.
Mr. Kable frequently appears in the bankruptcy court for the Eastern District of Michigan in Bay City, Flint and Detroit, as well as in the Western District of Michigan and is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Michigan as well as the federal 6th Circuit Court of Appeals.
