Michael J. Sauer practices extensively in the areas of business organization, acquisitions and mergers, private and public finance, capital formation, commercial lending, economic development and venture capital.
Mike is a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Saginaw County Chamber of Commerce and serves as the Chamber's Corporate Counsel.
