Biography

Thomas R. Luplow practices business law with a focus on property matters. Tom represents many individuals and businesses in a wide variety of transactions, including, shopping center developments; planned unit developments; condominiums; tax deferred exchanges; commercial leasing; oil, gas and mineral issues; water-related property rights; and zoning matters. He also represents several homeowner and condominium associations. Tom also advises clients in the areas of estate planning and business planning.

Tom is a Saginaw native and a committed community volunteer. He has served United Way in a number of capacities, including, chairperson of the Fund Distribution Committee, chairperson of the Literacy Task Force, member of the Executive Committee and on three occasions has been the chairperson of the Executive Director Search Committee. Tom received the United Way's Harry S. Lund Volunteer Award.

Tom is a past President of the Saginaw County Bar Association and has been editor of the Saginaw County Bar Association publication, The Summons, since 1985.

Tom is a member of the Saginaw Community Foundation Grant Distribution Committee having served on the committee for many years.
