Tim Arnold’s practice focuses primarily on business, commercial and construction defect litigation, creditors’ rights, and collections.
Tim represents and counsels a wide range of clients from individuals to multi-national corporations in every aspect of litigation from pre-suit investigation through trial and appeal, including alternative dispute resolution and litigation avoidance strategies. He has successfully litigated cases before arbitrators and in courts throughout Michigan, North Carolina, California, New Jersey, Kentucky and Minnesota. In 2008, Tim was recognized as one of Michigan’s “Super Lawyers – Rising Stars” in the area of business litigation.
Before returning to his hometown of Saginaw, Tim practiced for several years in the Detroit area at the largest law firm in Michigan. Throughout his career, Tim has remained active in the community. He is a former President of the Saginaw County Bar Association. Tim is actively involved in several non-profit corporations and charitable service organizations including Fordney Club of Saginaw County, Peace Lutheran Church Board of Directors, Peace Lutheran School Board, and READ Association of Saginaw County. He is a graduate of Leadership Saginaw County and has served on the Child and Family Services of Saginaw County Board of Directors, Peace Lutheran Church and School Foundation Board of Directors and Detroit Metropolitan Bar Association Barristers Board.
